Council is seeking registrations of interest from capable suppliers of an Asset Management System.  The contract, when let, requires an undertaking to supply, install, assist in the implementation of and training of staff as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance of the AMS.

It is intended that the process of registration will encourage only those vendors of appropriate software systems to submit their interest, based on their stated ability to satisfy certain pre-selection criteria. This process is to discourage vendors with software that is only marginally suitable from going to any unnecessary expense, and minimise unnecessary expectations.

Tender Submission - Two (2) hard copies of the proposal plus an electronic copy on a compact disc and any associated documentation must be submitted.
