TRACsa commenced operations on 1 December 2005, operating as a facilitator of recognised best practice assessment and treatment of people with injuries from road trauma. TRACsa works in partnership with existing service providers, organisations and community groups, and is primarily funded by the Motor Accident Commission.  The Integrated Data Extraction and Analysis System is the centrepiece of the TRACsa information management model. It will be the hub through which multi-source datasets are received, transformed and integrated to produce the information required to support TRACsa requirements (operational, planning, performance monitoring and reporting, evaluation and research). TRACsa is seeking responses from suitably qualified suppliers to propose a solution to its requirements as specified in the accompanying RFP documentation.
