The City of Salisbury is seeking expressions of interest from software providers who are able to provide a software solution for :

• Business Planning – software to assist in the preparation, monitoring and reporting of Corporate and Business Plans;
• Performance Reporting – software to assist with management reporting of performance indicators in accordance with the balanced scorecard methodology.

Whilst it is desirable to have software with combined functionality, we also encourage supplies of software that can support a single function to respond.

We seek an established product with a proven implementation history in like organisations.

Software that supports or has the ability to closely integrate with employee performance and development review processes will be highly regarded.

The city operates a network based on Windows XP clients and Novell products for file and print services.  Application servers run Windows 2000/2003 with MS SQLServer as our preferred database system.

Written expressions setting out system functionality, technical requirements, typical cost structures and the names of other organisations using the system. Demonstration CD’s are also welcome.
