State Supply Board Policy requires that State Government agencies submit forward procurement plans to the State Supply Board annually. Current at 30 June of the reporting year, the plan includes projections for the next three financial years of purchases of goods and services in excess of $100,000 in value. Forward procurement plans flag potential demand and procurement opportunities to suppliers which then allows them to be better positioned to respond to agency procurement needs. Forward procurement plans are also a useful tool to assist agencies to help define their needs and identify likely future requirements for goods and services.
