Description
Defence SA seeks to appoint a suitably experienced provider of preventative maintenance, service and testing of mechanical services systems, installations, plant and equipment in buildings managed by Defence SA at Technology Park (Innovation House, Endeavour House and the Homestead).
The Contractor shall maintain the services installed at the properties at frequencies complying with statutory requirements, accepted industry codes of practice, Australian Standards and manufacturer’s recommendations, or frequencies specified in the RFT documentation (whichever is greater).
The provision of preventative maintenance, service and testing of the Water Treatment system will be required to be subcontracted to a specialist provider.
