Description
The State Government is seeking market interest in an office development opportunity in Port Adelaide.
The opportunity exists for property developers to demonstrate their abilities to finance, design, construct and lease a development. If a development proceeds it would be available from 2017 and in around 7,500m2 of A grade office accommodation in the Port Centre, accommodate approximately 500 government employees offering services to the local area and the community.
