Description
St Clair Recreation Centre Redevelopment project will deliver the design and construction of the recreation centre and bulk earthworks for the precinct development.
The market approach will be a two stage process:
Stage One:
EOI to register interest and evaluate proponent's capability/experience/project timing and resources to deliver this type of project.
Proponents successful in stage one will be shortlisted to participate in stage two.
Stage Two:
RFP to evaluate design, constructability, timing and cost.
