The City of Mitcham (the Council) invites Expressions of Interest from Registrants for the provision of professional services to provide the ability for Council to extract and generate reports using data generated from within its corporate system. This information will be used by Council to:

• understand emerging business trends;

• manage the operations of the business without relying on anecdotes;

• understand existing service levels;

• make informed decisions as to allocation of effort and resourcing; and

• make informed strategic decisions.

Council intend to establish a panel for (the Services)
