Description
The Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme will apply
It is a requirement of this project that the persons contracted to undertake the building work be accredited under the Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme, established by theBuilding and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016, at the time of entering into the contract for the building work and while the building work is being carried out.*
* Section 26(1)(f) of the Fair Work (Building Industry - Accreditation Scheme) Regulation 2016 outlines provisions applying to joint venture arrangements that include accredited and unaccredited builders.
