Salesforce Review - Phase 1
The LSA is seeking to undertake a review of its current Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, built on the Salesforce platform.
The CRM is the LSA’s core business system, and focusses on the planning and provision of Treatment, Care and Support services to the LSA’s clients (Participants), in addition to the engagement and management of health care service providers, and the processing and payment of provider invoices.
This solution (known as SALSA), has been with the organisation since inception and has been patched, re-coded and reviewed numerous times to cope with the organisation’s changing business requirements.
Support for the version of Salesforce that SALSA is built on, is nearing end-of-life, and this has provided a trigger to re-evaluate the current toolset’s capability and suitability to support the expected growth and changing nature of the LSA’s business and processes.
