SAFA Customer Satisfaction Survey
SAFA would like to conduct an independent client survey, using an external third party.
Client surveys are conducted biennially and will encompass a wider client distribution incorporating the directorates Treasury Services, Insurance and Fleet, and Commercial Operations.
The contractor will be required to:
• develop six online surveys and email these to a total of 280 respondents (which SAFA will provide);
• Analyse and summarise the responses to these online surveys
• Conduct approximately 40 person to person phone interviews with those respondents who have provided information to be followed up; and
• Summarise these phone interviews
• Conduct approximately 10 one-on-one interviews with certain high value clients and summarise these results.
• Provide a report on the results following its completion.
