As a precursor to, and to inform consultation with native title groups and their representatives, advice about the administration of the RTN scheme from the perspective of native title peak bodies is required to inform the development of best practice approaches to managing the expedited procedure, agreement making and its engagement with native title groups throughout the RTN process.
