Services will be provided to work collaboratively with Technology, Systems and Service (TSS) on the development of a suitable Transformation Governance approach This will include the following activities:

1. Briefing session delivered by TSS for the Deloitte team including.

2. Develop an agenda for the Executive Workshop, and agree this with RTWSA, including confirmation of anticipated outcomes.

3. Conduct Executive Workshop of up to 5 hours (in person where possible).
