View Contract Details

Given the high profile and complex nature of the Hydrogen Jobs Plan project, it is anticipated that there will be a substantial interest from the local, national and international market in any procurements associated with the Hydrogen Jobs Plan. It is necessary to appoint an independent Probity advisor to ensure that complex project and procurement processes have the appropriate measures and rigour in place, especially in relation to dealing with potential suppliers and actual or perceived conflicts of interest.

The successful supplier will be required to deliver services of the following nature:

• General probity advice and services in accordance with South Australian Government standards for probity, governance, ethics and values in relation to the delivery of the Hydrogen Jobs Plan and the operations of the Office of Hydrogen Power SA.
• Specific probity advice to support individual procurement processes associated with the delivery of the Hydrogen Jobs Plan.

The supplier must be able to demonstrate a significant degree of relevant experience delivering comprehensive probity advisory services for complex projects, and will also need to possess a sound understanding of public sector processes and governance.
