BHF Executive Leadership Organisational Development

Provision of Organisational Development (OD) to support BHFLHN on a range of matters related to organisational culture, leadership development strategy and strategic relationship management.
The Consultant will provide a flexible, responsive, human-centred and action-oriented model of consultancy support, that builds internal capability and capacity, while also providing external facilitation, coaching and specialist expertise (in organisational change, culture shift, leadership development and strategy alignment).
This Services shall include but is not limited to:
1. Thought partnership and/or coaching for the CEO;
2. Executive / Leadership coaching or mentorship, which may include facilitation, debrief and coaching on the Leadership Circle Profile or other relevant instruments;
3. Planning and facilitation of group processes for BHFLHN Board, Executive Team, Senior Managers or key stakeholders and other BHF staff as advised by the Contract Manager. The group process may include:
1. Bespoke workshops – change leadership, complex performance issues, strategic planning, resilience and wellbeing etc;
2. Story Circles or Yarning Circles (with Aboriginal co-facilitator);
3. Group Coaching;
4. Bespoke leadership and culture programs;
5. Integral Board and/or CEO Performance Review;
6. Preparation of leadership and culture development plans, evaluation and/or reports; and
7. Other services as mutually agreed.
Total Value of the Contract: Up to $55,000 (GST Inclusive)
