Statement of Work - Benefits Realisation Framework

The benefits framework will create the structure and process for identifying, quantifying and monitoring the benefit. It will support RTWSA to understand areas of needs and wants across targeted stakeholder groups, identify who is accountable, the time frames and lags RTWSA can expect and identify which initiatives/investments will achieve these benefits.

Non-disclosure of the whole agreement on the basis that it reflects negotiated commercial terms and financial details where it can be clearly demonstrated that a party or other person would gain a commercial advantage should they have access to such information
