Statement of Work - High Level Transformation Business Case

Business case elements:

Future State Architecture: Provide a view of the future technology landscape within RTWSA, the level of transformation required, the key initiatives and indicative roadmap with associated indicative costs.

High-level transformation business case: Develop a high-level transformation business case - identifying associated costs (t-shirt sizing/ order or magnitude), high-level benefits quantification and documenting future needs.

Non-disclosure of the whole agreement on the basis that it reflects negotiated commercial terms and financial details where it can be clearly demonstrated that a party or other person would gain a commercial advantage should they have access to such information.
