Statement of Work – PwC – End User Computing Options

Following on from the work undertaken in Phase 1 – Model Validation and subsequent approval of Hybrid Solution #2 (internal staff uplift to physical devices and upgrade VDI to a cloud based Desktop as a Service Solution for agents), the Contractor will complete Phase 2 – Analysis of Vendors and Tools.

Non-disclosure of the whole agreement on the basis that it reflects negotiated commercial terms and financial details where it can be clearly demonstrated that a party or other person would gain a commercial advantage should they have access to such information.
