SAHA-08 - South Australia's Homelessness Alliances
The SA Housing Authority (the Authority) is seeking to establish five (5) Alliances, to service the complex and evolving needs of clients experiencing or at risk of homelessness across South Australia. This comprises four geographically based alliances (two metropolitan and two country regions) and a separate state-wide domestic and family violence alliance.
The Alliances are to be made up of a combination of multiple services providers, working in partnership to collectively deliver the required client outcomes and operate under the new Alliance framework to deliver the required system outcomes. The new contractual model will enable a collaborative and coordinated approach for effective and efficient service delivery in order to meet client needs and to sustain outcomes.
