This Expression of Interest (EOI) seeks a proponent to partner with the South Australian Housing Authority (Housing Authority) and deliver 9 innovative and affordable small lot house and land packages. The packages will demonstrate universal housing design principles to support “ageing in place” principles.

The complete affordable housing package will consider affordable price points, financial innovation and ongoing affordability for occupants.
The packages will be marketed and paired with SA Housing Authority shared equity assistance to support older women that receive low to moderate incomes access homeownership.

Nine housing opportunities are available and are packaged in three groups of three in the inner Western suburbs of Kidman Park, Woodville West and Findon.
