The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (the Department) invites interested parties to submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) to participate in the Phase 2 Market Sounding Process for the North-South Corridor (NSC) Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Project.

The objective of the ROI process is to invite submissions from eligible parties interested in participating in the Phase 2 Market Sounding and to provide a basis for selecting parties to be invited to participate in one-on-one interviews.

The Department is seeking specific market feedback on the proposed T2D Packaging and Procurement approach and Delivery Strategy, across three key project delivery sectors, being:

• Contractors
• Operators and Maintainers
• Wider Supply Chain

Interested parties in any of the three key sectors can register by downloading the Registration of Interest (ROI), completing and submitting it in accordance with the requirements outlined in Section 1 of the ROI. 

PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

There are no prequalification requirements.
