Super SA requires specialist superannuation industry advisory services to achieve its three year strategy to future proof the fund and to meet the changing superannuation landscape. 

Key advisory services include:

• Provide advice and recommendation reports on key strategic initiatives, including Fund Selection, technology and engagement strategy, product strategy, people and culture, fund sustainability and growth and mergers and acquisitions.
• Contribute to business cases with benchmarking Super SA against industry best practice, regulatory environment, financial modelling, member insights
• Facilitate workshops, staff and member engagement research, and Super SA Board and Executive workshops.

Super SA intends to appoint a single supplier who is able to provide a wide range of services and is able to provide advice on a diverse range of projects, as well as addressing ad hoc issues that arise requiring a fast response.
