The SA Housing Authority (‘The Authority’) is seeking to procure a shortlist of suitable manufacturers and suppliers, for the supply of 1-3 bedroom design, single storey modular / transportable housing, to be installed, including service connections, on various project sites, which will be sourced by the Authority in metropolitan areas and regional South Australia.  

The housing will be used to provide short to medium term accommodation, to enable the Authority to provide a rapid response which will increase the supply of housing outcomes, to meet the increasing housing demand in key areas throughout South Australia. 

It is anticipated that the housing will be supplied, installed, and connected to services, in groups of circa 10 homes, within the metropolitan and regional areas, including major regional towns such as Mt Gambier.    

The Authority will be managing the two (2) Stage procurement process which will involve: 

• Stage 1 - Expression of Interest (EOI)  

• Stage 2 - Select Tender to Supply, for 3-5 suitable and appropriately qualified   manufacturers and suppliers
