Description

The department wishes to re-establish provision of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service that will provide:

  • a confidential solution focused counselling service for all employees and their immediate families.
  • on-site psychological support to employees following a critical incident employing best practice trauma management procedures; and
  • other psychological services specifically the directed away and welfare check risk assessment for mental health purposes

Respondents are invited to apply to provide service for one or more categories of this procurement.
