The Campbelltown City Council invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of the construction works for the upgrade of the Playford Reserve on Playford Road Newton SA 5074, comprising of:

•    Demolition of various existing elements
•    The construction of a Community Playspace (including play equipment)
•    The design and construction of the Play Tower Bridge equipment
•    The design and construction of site lightings making provisions for Stage 2 and assessing the requirement for any supply upgrades (existing board or SAPN service)
•    The installation of site irrigation system and other services. Within Stage 1 Council would like to provide provisional pipe work and valves, together with a back flow valve at the water meter, to service two drinking fountains part of Stage 2. The drinking fountain will be located adjacent the front and rear shelters.
•    The installation of furniture pieces (picnic setting, seating and shelter)
•    The construction of make good areas
•    The construction of stormwater drains
•    Landscaping
•    Earthworks
•    12 month maintenance period of completed works
