The City of West Torrens (the Council) invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of the Kesmond Reserve, Keswick - Redevelopment (Landscape Works Package), (the Works). This project is the upgrade of open space elements to the reserve to achieve the masterplan vision for the site.  The project will expand the area of irrigated green lawn space allowing for increased unstructured recreation activities to take place.
