LGA Procurement, on behalf of Whyalla City Council are requestsing tenders from respondents to undertake Stage One of the Whyalla Health and Leisure Centre Masterplan which is focussed on the upgrade, refurbishment and future proofing for stage two works. This project incorporates the removal of an aging slide, pool plant equipment, complete remediation of the tiled zones and waterproofing throughout the man pool areas, extension to the plant room to bring existing filtration systems in line with best practice standards and to future proof pool plant for Stage 2 of the masterplan, upgraded amenities and upgrade gym areas.

Council requires the project to be undertaken in a timely manner to minimise the impact any temporary closure will have on the community users and centre managers.
