SA Water is initiating a multi-phase market approach for the Provision of HR Transformation Strategy and Delivery.

The following are the tentative phases of the market approach:

1. Market Call (This activity): This open market call is to issue the Expression of Interest (EOI) document and provide interested suppliers with some context on the scope of this project.

However, the full specification (Attachment A, B & C) is not attached with this market call.

All interested suppliers will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to SA Water granting access to those documents. The NDA is attached to this market call for your execution.

2. Release of Attachment A, B & C: Upon closure of the market call above, only suppliers who have returned a signed NDA copy with no amendments made will be given access to additional scope documentation. This release will be subject to a separate activity on SA Tenders portal only to the selected suppliers with an executed NDA.
