The City of Salisbury (the Council) invites Tenders for the Supply of Electricity Services (the Services).  The Council will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful Tenderer.

The City of Salisbury has an ongoing requirement for the Supply of Electricity to our Facilities and Assets.

1. Multiple Sites above 160MW/h;
2. Multiple Sites below 160MW/h; and
3. Multiple Sites 12&24hr Traffic & Street Lighting

The City of Salisbury seeks an Energy provider who can supply our Electricity and meet our billing requirements (refer to the Pricing Schedule for billing requirements).

The City of Salisbury will consider a contract term of up to a six (6) year term, commencing 01 January 2024. The initial contract term being 3 years with 3 extension options of one year each.

Further to the pricing required in the Pricing Schedule, the City of Salisbury also welcomes alternate proposals that represent additional value or benefits for the supply of Electricity. These may include but are not limited to Purchase Power Agreements (PPA).
