The procurement objective is to seek an experienced supplier to develop and manage the creative concepts for entertainment, playground activation and experiential lighting feature at a cost that represents value for money and ultimately, enhances the experience of the attendees of the FIFA Women’s World Cup Fan Festival (one event only) at Festival Plaza in Adelaide from 20 July to 20 August 2023.

There are multiple aspects of this procurement.

1-Entertainment Booking

• Manage the overall event rundown for all activities on stage and screen with a dedicated project manager to liaise with SATC Event Producer
• Coordinate the talent logistics and booking of relevant bands/musicians (including a minimum of 2 headline acts), DJ’s, dance groups, hosts, panel speakers etc.
• Coordination of music licensing fees as relevant

2-“Playground” Activation

• Develop creative concept for 10 x 15 space and oversee bump in of space as relevant
• Event Manage the space during designated times with sufficient staff

3-Lighting Feature

• Develop creative concept for a feature lighting installation within the venue i.e. on roof of Theatre
• Source the infrastructure required
• Manage the implementation of the lighting feature and staff as required
