The Department of Environment and Water is seeking to engage a suitable supplier to provide a software solution to assist in the management of parks & facility bookings and associated functionality for a period of three years

DEW is a significant provider of services to the community. These services encompass access to national parks, access to camping sites and other facilities, access to nature based attractions and having the ability for customers to stay at heritage accommodation. DEW is looking to streamline the delivery of services while improving availability, ease of use and the provision of data analytics regarding customer engagement. In parallel DEW is looking to simplify its own business processes and recognises that a relationship with a suitably experienced partner would help the agency better operate its business.
