Description

The procurement is for a Consultant / Architect for the Design of the Glandore Oval Redevelopment.

The Consultant will engage and manage a team of sub-consultants as required for the services.

The design elements include a new multi-functional sports and community building, to AFL Facility Guidelines and Cricket Facility Guidelines, carparking, access, landscaping, stormwater management, outdoor usage, interfaces with the existing elements of the site that are to be retained.

The design stages are: Site Analysis and Consultation; Concept Masterplan; Design Development; Detailed Documentation; Construction Tender; Construction; Defects Liability Period
