The City of Onkaparinga owns the existing Aldinga Football and Cricket Club facility which is leased to the sporting clubs to operate community sport and social activities.

Council is seeking to engage an experienced contractor who can conduct the work while minimising public disruption, deliver the project quickly and efficiently and provide high quality construction services. Areas of the existing facility not impacted by construction works will remain in operation for the duration of the works.

Refurbishment of the two existing changerooms plus construction of two additional changerooms are required to meet the objectives of the club. Council is seeking to deliver the four unisex change rooms in response to an increase participation in sport, modern sporting facility guidelines and our commitment to improve equitability and disabled access to our highly utilised community assets.

The works include the construction of a new change room building and external works to the north of the existing club facility in accordance with the drawings and specifications.

The project involves the construction of four new unisex amenity areas, umpire change facilities, changerooms, medical/treatment room, public toilets and external works.
