Description
Alexandrina Council is seeking tenders for the construction of three pedestrian refuge crossings located on Goolwa Road Middleton.
This work will include new kerb ramps, handrails on both sides of the road and centre refuges with pavement treatment and linemarking.
An additional crossing is also required in Hays Street Goolwa as part of this tender including kerb buildouts and ramps on both sides of Hays Street.
Both projects will involve upgrades to the local signage, street lighting and linemarking to provide additional safety for pedestrians, cyclists, and road users.
All works must be undertaken in accordance with DIT's Road Master Specification and meet all applicable Austroads and Standards Australia Limited.
