Description

The City of West Torrens (the Council) invites Expressions of Interest for the provision of Construction Services from Registered Builders and Contractors for works to the Thebarton Theatre Complex, (the Services).

Following this REOI (Request for Expressions of Interest) Process, it is intended to invite a short-list of Registered Builders and Contractors to submit a fixed lump-sum tender price for the works to the Thebarton Theatre Complex.

 

22/6/2023 - UPDATE TO TENDER

Please note the following:

1. The Response Schedules in WORD format have been added to this tender for ease of completion.

2. The heading in Schedule 4 in the original RFQ was incorrect:
