ReturnToWorkSA (‘RTWSA’) invites the submission of a tender for the provision of “Niche Legal Services”, consisting of;

1. Option One - Legal services relating to third party recoveries and common law actions provided to ReturnToWorkSA and the Claims Agents (Third Party Recoveries and Common Law Legal Services), and/or,
2. Option Two - Debt Collection Legal Services in respect of Premium and Claims Debts (Debt Collection Legal Services), and/or,
3. Option Three - The provision of legal advice relating to those parts of the Return To Work Act 2014 (SA), the Worker's Compensation Act 1971 (SA) and the Dust Diseases Act 2005 (SA) relevant to Matters which are Claims, recoveries, common law actions or any other issues arising under the Return To Work Act 2014 (SA) including advice in relation to:

1.1. statutory interpretation;

1.2. the application of the Return To Work Act 2014 (SA) to the management and determination of Claims;

1.3. the interpretation of case law; and

1.4. the impact of amendments to the Return To Work Act 2014 (SA) (Other Legal Services).
