The Low Risk ICT Projects Panel is part of the eProjects Portal.  The eProjects Portal is a facility to enable agencies to procure project-orientated ICT services and allows pre-qualified suppliers to respond to RFQs from Agencies wishing to procure ICT project based services.  Suppliers are assessed to determine that they have the capability and capacity to provide services to government Agencies.

Low Risk ICT Projects Panel scope of projects include:

• Governance design/implementation
• Strategy development/implementation
• Project analysis
• Capacity planning
• ITIL related services
• Project management
• General and strategic consulting
• Other specialist ICT projects

The Low Risk ICT Projects Panel is for projects up to $100,000 (GST incl.).

Please note that the application process for the Low Risk ICT Projects Panel will be changing from 16 October 2023.
The Panel will remain open to new suppliers however applications will only be accepted on a quarterly basis from 16 October 2023.
The two-week periods or ‘ePP Application Windows’ stated below are when supplier applications may be submitted:
   1 – 14 February 2024
   1 – 14 May 2024
   1 – 14 August 2024
   1 – 14 November 2024
Any Supplier applications that are submitted outside of the above timeframes will not be assessed until the closure of the next ‘ePP Application Window’.
Following the closure of each ‘ePP Application Window’, assessment of supplier applications will be undertaken and the outcome communicated to the supplier within 4-6 weeks.
