Description
The Services are provided by the Council to assist service users who need basic maintenance and modification services to optimise their capacity to live independently in their own homes.
The Home and Community Care, Home Maintenance and Home Modification Services. These Services (see Part 2 – Scope) include, but are not limited to:
• Minor home maintenance services
• Gardening
• Rubbish / hard waste removal
• Gutter cleaning
• Air conditioner filter clean
• Window cleaning
• Yard Tidy-up
• Minor home modifications
• Home safety and security
