The City of Mount Gambier is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified training providers to deliver a Management Development Program with a focus on further developing the skills and abilities of Council's management group.  This group is diverse, is across many professional areas and with a range of management experience from several months to many decades.

The anticipated outcome is that this group will be better equipped to deal with:

• ongoing change in our industry;
• increasing demands on managers;
• legislative compliance;
• organisational culture change;
• expectations from staff (and others);
• relationship management, and;
• outcome delivery.

The scope of the program is detailed in the attached document, however respondents may wish to consider variation and value add propositions to the brief.  Council reserves the reight to vary this document, to not accept any terms and/or to enter into negotiations with one or more of the companies responding to the Tender.
