The State Government of South Australia (State) has established a Hosting Services Panel (HSP) to facilitate the provision of Hosting Services to State Agencies.

The HSP is a panel arrangement which allows for the addition of Suppliers at the State's discretion.

The HSP is currently open to applicants that are able to provide one or more of the following three (3) service segments:

• Unmanaged Co-location Hosting Services;
• Shared Hosting Services; and
• Dedicated Hosting Services.

The Statement of Requirements document specifies the State's minimum requirements that a Supplier must meet in order to join the HSP.

Update 30 September 2013

The following information is provided to assist Respondents in completing their Response to the State’s HSP Statement of Requirements.

1. Where a Respondent proposes to offer more than one hosting facility, the State requires the Respondent to complete a clearly labelled separate response within Section 4 (Core Requirements) and Section 5 (Hosting Services Segments) of Attachment 1_HSP Response Requirements v1.0  for each and every hosting facility (i.e. data centre) being proposed. Where the response to a question is the same for each facility, the Respondent may include a statement to that effect in lieu of a duplicated response.
2. Please note that the following draft Purchasing Agreement (PA) and PA Schedules have been amended as follows:
