Description
DPTI Building Management seek an Expression of Interest from developers who can demonstrate the financial, design, construction and operating capacity and capability to successfully deliver the Courts Precinct Urban Renewal Project. The project consists of the redevelopment of the current Supreme Court site to provide new and upgraded accommodation and urban renewal of this important and historical precinct in Victoria Square Adelaide.
Proponents must register as part of the Expression of Interest. Refer to Expression of Interest, Volume 1 - Conditions (page 1) for details.
Please note, Volumes 2 and 3 will only be made available to those who register as a Proponent.
