Description
The Brighton Library is currently serviced by three roof mounted packed air conditioning units. This tender calls for the removal of the existing air conditioning plant equipment and the installation of:
- New Reverse Cycle Packaged units x 3
- Support platforms and walkways
- Condensate drains and electrical supplies
- Ductwork
- Upgraded control system
- Integration into Councils existing BMS system
