The Corporation of the City of Whyalla requires a Contractor to carry out Contract Works for Bituminous Surfacing Category A2 “Complex Asphalt” and S2 “Spray Seal” and Pavement Reconstruction.

The Contract Works may be extended beyond the scope of Bituminous Surfacing and Pavement Reconstruction as per the Schedule of Rates in Annexure C. In such event, Council’s Representative may invite the Contractor for variations to undertake the required works.

The Contract Works shall be on a 1 Year plus 1 Year basis starting from 1 July 2015, subject to satisfactory completion and mutual agreement on continuation of the Contract Works after the first year.

The Contract Works shall cover various parts of Council’s sealed road network (approximately 260Km) in the urban area of Whyalla.
