Description

SA Water Corporation invites tenders from potential suppliers for the provision of solutions that will assist in the delivery of its Business Transformation (BT) Program including Channel Management, Fault Management and Online Account Management project requirements.

The requirements that form the basis of this Request for Tender document are organised into five sections, referred to as “Tranches”. A respondent has the option to bid for either one or more of the tranches of requirements.

The requirements are organised as follows:

Tranche 1 – Notifications facility: Functionality to support notifications from existing SA Water systems to customers via SMS and email.

Tranche 2 –Voice Survey Functionality: Provision of survey functionality for IVR at completion of payment extension/ phone call interaction.

Tranche 3 – Web Survey Functionality: Provision of online survey functionality to be available via the SA Water website and other customer engagement channels.

Tranche 4 - Web chat functionality: Provision of web chat functionality in line with SA Water’s current Internet capability.

Tranche 5 – Social Media channel functionality – Functionality to support the monitoring of Social Media networks for activity relating to SA Water.

Respondents may propose a solution that meets one or more of the above group of requirements.
