Construction Management Services are sought to support the delivery of the following two projects; Margaret Dowling Creek Inlet and Wetlands Phase 2.

Margaret Dowling Creek
Construction Management Services are required during the preparation of the construction tender to review documentation, prepare the tender documentation and assist in tender evaluation. On site construction surveillance is then required for construction works which are part of a separate construction contract.  These services are required to manage risks including work health and safety, cost, schedule, quality and environmental compliance.

Wetlands Phase 2
Construction Management Services are also required during the preparation of the construction tender for Wetlands Phase 2, which includes construction of wetland management infrastructure at eleven wetland sites. Assistance is required with preparation of management plans and assessment of borrow pit sites.
