Description
Stage 1d of the Master Plan for St Kilda encompasses the construction of an Amenities Block.
Timing imperative requires completion of this project by the public launch 22 November, 2015.
The St Kilda Playspace Renewal has a number of associated stages under construction - comprising the upgrade of the playspace between the castle and volcano (completed); new access stairs and platforms to the volcano with associated slides and wayfinding (nearing completion); the Castle (shortly to start construction).
Scope of work for the Amenities Block tender parcel (further defined in the tender documentation) is:
- Construction and certification of design for new amenities block.
- Installation of (Principal supplied) Ozi-Kleen waste water treatment plant, to service new amenities block.
- Relocation of tram stop adjacent new amenities block.
- Termination of existing tram lines adjacent new tram stop location
