With the area comprising 13 diverse townships, Wattle Range Council requires an experienced contractor to provide quality cleaning services for Council facilities including community halls and sports stadiums, offices, tourist centres and public conveniences.

The service will be a lump sum contract, providing for routine cleaning throughout the year including periodic cleaning on a quarterly and annual basis, with the provision for additional works based on a schedule of rates. Tenderers are also requested to include pricing for consumables.
