Description
The Rural City of Murray Bridge (the Council) invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of Road Sealing Services including the provision of all Labour, Plant and Materials for the purposes of road construction and maintenance.
The contracted services will cover the Councils financial years requirements for 2015/16, 2016/17 and 2017/18 (3 years) with an option to extend the contract for an additional 2 years (1 plus 1) pending performance satisfactory to the Council and subject to financial year budget approvals .
The Principal seeks to engage one Contractor for all the Supplies, but may apportion the Supplies between 2 or more Contractors if the Principal thinks that appropriate.
