2.1The City of Burnside is seeking a Contractor to undertake all scheduled repair works associated with tennis court renewal and upgrades across the City. The contract will be for a period of five (5) years.

2.2The 2015/16 annual business plan also identifies two existing facilities that require renewal. The program of scheduled works for 2016/17 and onwards will be provided to the successful tenderer on acceptance of the contract period and would be subject to an endorsed annual business planning cycle.

Programmed 2015/16 tennis Court Improvements

2.3The 2015/16 program is to reconstruct two (2) tennis court surfaces and replace the existing back stop netting at Penfold Park and resurface two (2) tennis courts at Kensington Gardens Reserve (reline and mark for both tennis and netball use) and insert both tennis court nets /poles and netball posts and nets.

2.4The works have been separated into two (2) parts.

Part 1: Kensington Gardens Reserve Tennis Courts resurfacing and installation of new tennis / netball posts nets and remarking

Part 2: Penfold Park Tennis Courts (2) reconstruction and remarking including replacement of backstop netting.
