Description
The objective of this Request for Proposal is to procure and implement an EDRMS which will:
• Commence implementation of a solution by November 2016 that meets project requirements
• Best value for money offer having acceptable level of risk
• Maximise investment already made by the LSC in information technology
• Improved efficiency and effectiveness in delivery of LSC services
• Implement a system capable of supporting future expansion and new systems
• Minimise the complexity of the vendor engagement
• Operate within the relevant South Australian Government (SAG) standards
• Obtain improved access to information LSC network
• Provide access to the digital records from multiple devices from multiple locations
